A "comment" means here: Create some "content" and link it to a "source" and a "target". Source and Target may be anything: A person, a town, a guild, a concept like "Magie" or anything else someone could have an opinion to. | |||
The usage of the template "comment" allow to reuse this content on different location: A person which makes a comment about a spell could embed this comment not only on his page, but also on the spells page. Or somewhere else. | |||

Purpose
The template "Comment" creates and stores any kind of opinion or idea from something/someone about something/someone. The information can be queried and used somewhere else.
